A new Fresh Food Festival is planned for 2009. The detailes below are for the festival that took place summer 2008. 

FRESH FOOD FESTIVAL FALKENBERG, SWEDEN, JULY 4-6 2008

Join us for a celebration and feast of raw and living foods in southern Sweden. A get together and possibility to meet other rawfooders, to learn about the benefits of raw foods and to get inspiration.

This is only some basic information. More information and a full program will be published later.
We plan to have lectures on health and raw food, food demos, social and outdoor activities. And there will be a lot of raw and living foods in the form of fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, smoothies, dressings, pate, etc.

TRANSLATIONS

Lectures will be delivered in English, Danish and Swedish. We aim to translate lectures into English. We also have people speaking Czech and some German. Do you wish to have translations into other languages? Let us know and we will se if this can be arranged. Can you help with translations? Let us know.

B๖lse is situated about 95 km south of Gothenburg, 22 km south of Varberg, 190 km north of Malm๖, 9 km north of Falkenberg and 1400 m from the ocean on the Swedish west coast.

PRICES:

Double room: € 11 / 100 SEK per night and person. Single room € 22 / SEK 200. Limited numbers.

Simple dormitory accommodation on a madras on the floor  €6:50 / SEK 60 .

Camping: €6:50 / SEK 60 per night.

TWO DAY COURSE

After the festival is planned a two day course self-healing, according to the philosophy of Nature Cure, and raw-living foods. WILD FOOD WALK

Stay with us for a week and join us for a wild food (read: cherry) walk the following weekend July 11 - 13.
There is no cost involved in the walk.
